SAHAKAR INTERNATIONAL provides manpower outsourcing and workforce management services rather than physical products. Therefore, traditional product returns do not apply to our services.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a manpower requirement before deployment. Any applicable cancellation terms, charges or adjustments will be based on the agreed service contract.

Workforce Replacement

If a deployed worker becomes unavailable or leaves an assignment, SAHAKAR INTERNATIONAL may coordinate suitable replacement manpower, subject to availability and the terms agreed with the client.

Refunds

Any refund, credit or payment adjustment will be handled according to the applicable client agreement, service terms and payments already made.
