Technical and specialized manpower may be provided subject to availability, qualifications and client requirements.
2. Client Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their workforce requirements, including job responsibilities, number of workers, working location, working hours and other relevant conditions.
3. Workforce Deployment
Manpower deployment is subject to worker availability, suitability, applicable qualifications and mutually agreed terms. SAHAKAR INTERNATIONAL will coordinate deployment based on the requirements agreed with the client.
4. Remuneration & Payments
Manpower engagements may be structured through minimum-wage-based or mutually agreed fixed-remuneration models. Applicable service charges, payment schedules and other commercial terms will be agreed between SAHAKAR INTERNATIONAL and the client before deployment.
5. Replacement Support
If a deployed worker becomes unavailable or leaves an assignment, SAHAKAR INTERNATIONAL may coordinate replacement manpower, subject to availability and the terms agreed with the client.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe and appropriate working environment and comply with applicable employment, workplace safety and labour requirements. Clients are responsible for clearly communicating job duties and workplace conditions.
